  • High Volume Orders: During high order volume periods, processing and shipments may experience slight delays. Additional days may be required for transit and delivery.
  • If there are significant delays, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time taken for items to be delivered from our fulfillment center to your destination:

  • Standard Delivery: 7-15 working days.
  • Expedited Delivery: 3-7 working days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $60.00 and up.
  • Standard Delivery: For orders $0.00 to $59.99, shipping costs $15.00.
  • Expedited Delivery: Available for all orders at $25.00.

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.

Damages During Shipping

RKennedyBlue is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Remember to support your claim and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
