Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; refunds may take 1-3 business days to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
